I brought Orca my 10 month old miniature Chihuahua puppy in as an emergency intake. I woke up and she was almost lifeless and seemed like she was dying. Scared me to death. Wasn't sure what happened but they took her right away and cared for her she stayed for 24 hours and I picked her up the next day. She was feeling great again. Turns out she must've got into something and it made her really sick. The staff here is fantastic and took great care of her. It was nice to be able to visit her as well. Thank you for what you do!
Very compassionate people when we had to decide to have our cat out down with very little warning. they sent us his paw prints and a card, it was very touching and special to us.

We have been very happy with the care our animals have received here. The staff is competent, caring, and compassionate and always go above and beyond for us and our pets.
What can I say. The doctors and staff here are amazing. The care my furbabies received here was outstanding. The compassion, sympathy and empathy they showed us when putting our corgi babies down was so wonderful. They are all truly wonderful and my husband and I are so thankful for everything they did for our girls. Had to take our lab in on Sunday for an ER visit, they had to keep her overnight. They were so kind and took great of her. They called us for authorization before they gave her any medications, etc... which I thought was great.
On the road our puppy got a foxtail in his toenail. This place was so good to him, fixed him all up and didn't charge an arm and a leg.
They took great care of my Cassie. I waited longer than I would have liked but only because there were so many emergencies much more critical than mine. I could see that and did not mind the wait. The staff and courteous, caring and knowledgeable. I like the way they discussed my options ahead of time, explained the pros and cons and let me decide. My girl is no longer wracked in pain and I am grateful.
