RecommendedNot a bad visit, the tech who helped us was very nice. The veterinarian seemed irritated and like she didn't want to be there, maybe she works long hours and was just tired. Overall not a bad experience and my precious Copper is doing great.
These ladies here are amazing!!! We didn't have the slightest idea what was wrong with our great dane. They got us in quick and made sure to keep us updated as they went. We as a family want to thank these people for getting us in quick and make us feel that our pet was also family there too.. thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!
I went here with my beagle and my dachshund for the first time today. I thought the staff was decent and I thought my vet, Dr. Melanie Garbel, did a wonderful job. I read some reviews where people said that their vet here, whoever that may be, was too "cold" and "unapproachable" but that definitely wasn't an issue with Dr. Garbel. I also read that people said that they only care about making money here and are very pushy towards selling meds/food/etc and completely disregard what's best for the pet. We have taken all three of our cats here and I love the staff! They are truly amazing! We will continue to take our current pets here and our future ones!
