Everyone here is amazing, they are attentive and listen and resolve all of our issues. My boy has had severe allergy problems for years that we had a hard time controlling. He was miserable most of the time. We started coming here two years ago when we moved to the area and I am happy to say that his allergies are 100% controlled now and he is a happy healthy pup. I would definitely recommend Animal Clinic of Rapid City to everyone for their pets medical needs.

Our dog wasn't feeling good and the other place we called which is a lot closer to where we lived turned us away. But so happy Animal Clinic took our baby in. It was good feeling to find out what was wrong with her. The service was great and our baby loved the staff and Dr.

Doc Heidi and Vet Tech Emily have always treated us with the Best Care Ever! All the Staff are Super Friendly and prices are so Reasonable compared to others. The Hospital on the back half is open 24/7 with techs available to answer a call/question at 2 or 3 in the morning! Hands Down, Animals Clinic is the Best of the Best! 5 Stars Across the Board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at the Animal Clinic is one the most professional veterinary staffs in Rapid. Dr. Brigman, and her assistant Emily saved my cat from kidney failure a couple years ago and did everything she could to keep costs low. She even returned phone calls from other staff on her day off when I had an emergency with our cat. I highly recommend Dr. Brigman and the rest of the staff at the Animal Clinic. The picture is him now, happy, healthy, and a little on the chubby side!

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Brigman! She takes her time an really listens to all my concerns. We saw several vets who brushed off our dogs health issues, we found her and she listened to all his symptoms and because of this she was able to correctly diagnose him and started treating him right away! Unfortunately, it is not something that could be cured, and he requires ongoing treatment, but any time I have questions or concerns Dr. Brigman takes the time to go over all of it with me and listens to me again and again! My cat Kitten Little came into the hospital after having an allergic reaction to a vaccine. I was a mess and ugly crying like crazy. The staff here were so polite took such good care of her. They went above and beyond by trying to determine what caused the adverse reaction (this was her second time having a reaction, but to two separate vaccines). I could not have asked for better care and I am so thankful thank my baby is home with me.
