Yesterday, my Yorkie, Bear, got bit by a rattlesnake. The veterinarians and technicians at the animal clinic of rapid city took great care of him. They did everything they could for him, and saved his life. Their staff was very helpful and friendly, and told me to call whenever I wanted to check on him, even if it was the middle of the night. The team of amazing Vets at this office have taken care of our puppy since she was born. we've only seen 2 doctors and she was always treated amazingly! we just had to put her down last week and they were just as concerned and upset as we were.... Had to take our lab in on Sunday for an ER visit, they had to keep her overnight. They were so kind and took great of her. They called us for authorization before they gave her any medications, etc... which I thought was great.
our pup sparky was not feeling well so we brought him in and they did an ultrasound and found 2 masses. we were not sure what they were so they suggested surgery. well turns out our little "guy" had a uterus that was infected. yes our pup had boy and girl parts very crazy we know. but they helped him and he is feeling a million times better :) thank you animal clinic for the quick and amazing staff that helped our pup SPARKY!!!!
Very grateful for the excellent care they gave my very young sick kitty. They saved his life!
The staff was amazing! They immediately took us in when we had an emergency on vacation. They were incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation and were fantastic with my Rottweiler, Deacon. Thank you so much to all of the staff who helped us!
