Dr. Luskin was amazing in dealing with my geriatic rabbit, Baby. I love how he actually showed me what was going on in Baby's mouth and sent me pictures of the actual surgery. I could tell Dr. Luskin is very experienced and cares about each patient individually. Plus, I enjoyed the compliments about Baby's good behavior.

First took our Sheltie rescue Murphy here because he's always had teeth issues. After taking full dental x-rays and we discovered he suffers from resorption, a painful condition whereby the teeth develop holes, sometimes below the gum line. He also needed a root canal. Dr. Volker explained this condition and her and her staff took excellent care of Murphy during and after his procedure. They are not inexpensive. We've since taken our other two Shelties there for treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a ca... read more

Dr. Luskin is excellent albeit not cheap. You could probably get a less expensive extraction elsewhere (maybe even there) if you dog is otherwise healthy. Mine was not. She had a chronically sensitive liver that made being able to put her under anesthesia questionable. One vet refused. Dr. Luskin did two surgeries on her after running tests on liver function. (Her enzymes were high but function was fine to rid body of anesthesia.) One at age 6. Another at age 9. (He warned me to not give her anything I couldn't bite through ... read more

I cannot say enough praise for Dr. Luskin and his staff. I had previously had a dog that developed heart problems due to the lack of tooth brushing his teeth. Another vet said that it was okay to put the dog to sleep to clean his teeth. Subsequently, the dog never woke up. We were extremely nervous to have our dog have teeth cleaning, and this time, extractions. I read other reviews about Dr. Luskin and was impressed. After meeting Dr. Luskin and his staff, I felt comfortable and knew our dog was in good hands. Dr Lus... read more

Wonderful experience! Went in for an exam of a chipped tooth and learned there was much more going on with other teeth. Staff was professional in every way. They conducted the consultation and procedures as if they were treating a human. Dog is all better and resting comfortably. Thank you all very much.

The Animal Dental Center was AWESOME. Every one knows that my dog is my baby... he's a very active healthy happy boy so when I saw him in pain, I knew I had to get it taken care of. He had to receive a vital pulpotomy on his canine tooth, and had a dental cleaning as well. I do not leave him just anywhere and for the first time, I actually felt extremely comfortable leaving him. I knew he was in great hands. The doctors were all extremely nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in "normal" terms. I was greete... read more

Dr. Luskin and staff were great from start to finish - after walking away from AVIM on Bestgate Road - I was thrilled to find someone so experienced with canine oral cancer and associated surgery. They were professional from start to finish - they were able to consult with me and complete surgery within 5 days, compared with the 8 days just to get a consult with the Bestgate Road facility. Dr. Luskin spent a great deal of time with me and my pet - explaining and demonstrating what to expect and going over the possible prog... read more

DO NOT trust/use Dr. Mary Volker or this Dental "Care"facility. They only CARE about money. Mary will be fake to your face and stare at you with greedy soulless eyes as you flip through the Bill and get to the final page, the total (hoping you didn't read the line-items along the way). Nearly $6000 total, to have a small cyst and the teeth of my cat removed. I was fully ready for around $3k, what my hometown clinic estimated. I asked for a payment plan but here's the kicker, these people are so greedy that you can't make a ... read more

Dental went great and the doctor explained stuff thoroughly but I requested my cats canines both in email and in person twice and did not receive them and when I emailed asking about it, they pretended like I never asked and then ghosted me. I know when my cat passes hopefully a long long time from now this will be regret that I think back on with bad feelings in regards to Animal dental center and I will be making this known to anyone I talk to in the my personal life and my professional life. Edit- they finally replied to... read more
