i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseLOVE them! i took my cat there last night after he got into a fight with god knows what. the staff were professional and calm, and they listened patiently to everything this upset parent had to tell them. they provided me with an accurate, itemized, up-front estimate and several treatment options. as for the unhappy review i read, you might want to take a couple of things into consideration. first of all, when you are headed to an emergency vet, you might be stressed out and YOUR attitude might not be the most pleasant thing to encounter. don t take out your fear on someone that s trying to help you and then give them a bad review because they didn't bow down to you. also, it s an ER vet. by their very nature of conducting long, out-of-the-norm hours, they are more expensive than your regular vet. that s just common sense.. i will definitely use an-emerge again and i highly recommend them to anyone else who might need an emergency vet.

I have an accident-prone Doberman, so I'm surprised that my first visit to An-Emerge was this past weekend! They were very friendly, prompt, and professional. Dr. Mosley and his staff were wonderful! Of course, the ER is a place you don't want to visit again...but if our girl has any after-hours problems I will definitely trust her in An-Emerge's care! I am very glad to have this clinic nearby.

We recently had to take our puppy to An-Emerge for overnight treatment for parvo. Dr. Gilleland has been the best he met us at the door every night we had to take him so he could get our baby back on fluids quick. He explained everything to us very precisely of what he was going to do that night and what he did when we picked our puppy up and never seemed in any rush to leave when we had questions. Yes the fees are a little pricey but they are an EMERGENCY clinic so it shouldn't matter what you have to pay if you love your pet!!!

Our pets emergency was handled efficently and quickly. We couldn't afford the most expensive quote but the doctor, he worked up a plan to fit our money situation but also made it safe for our pet.

Notably good service experience; very calm and professional staff showing obvious knowledgee
when i brought in my small young dog who was having sz's for the first time ever, i was extremely distraught. the staff immediately took my baby and began medical intervention. tests were run to discover the etiology of the problem and appropriate care was provided. when i picked up my baby the next am, staff had already faxed all clinical info to my vet, so all i had to do was "show up" at the vet's office that am for continued monitoring and medical intervention. also, staff kept us informed during the night of my baby's progress, which aided to the feeling of comfort. cant believe there isn't already a rating, even many ratings, to share a very positive experience w/this clinic.
