compassionate staff, valuable community resource
Notably good service experience; very calm and professional staff showing obvious knowledgee when i brought in my small young dog who was having sz's for the first time ever, i was extremely distraught. the staff immediately took my baby and began medical intervention. tests were run to discover the etiology of the problem and appropriate care was provided. when i picked up my baby the next am, staff had already faxed all clinical info to my vet, so all i had to do was "show up" at the...
I was charged $684.and told they didn't know what was wrong with him and I could take him home. He died in my arms on the way home. I will never forgive them for not catching what was wrong with him and saving his life. I will miss my baby forever.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My sons dog was Dx with Parvovirus and his vet said if you have any questions overnight call here and they will answer them. Well we called and the "receptionist" didn't even want to ask the vet anything! She wanted us to come in and was HEARTLESS! No COMPASSION at ALL! we call the VCA DEKALB/Gwinnett vet in Tucker and they answered them!!!! Would Never Recommend them!!!!!
We are all about the patients (pets), that is why we are here. Unfortunately, pets do not have the opportunity to choose their guardians. Our patients (and our staff) are occasionally put into precarious positions because the pet owner is either unwilling or unable to follow through with the treatment recommended by the veterinarian.
The women who answered the phonj was very rude, and unprofessional.
NEVER use this clinic!!! The only think good about them is my pet is alive. They have not compassion for you. It's all about the money. The staff and the doctors act as if you are troubling them with their time. There is clinics out there that appreciate the way we love our animals...find them before you have to use this place. Check with your vet and see if they use this emergency center....
My dog was giving birth and had stopped contractions. They told me to go home and wait. Good thing I did not and finally got a hold of my regular vet. We went straght their after An-Emerge and my regular vet had to do an emergency c-section, which An-Emerge should have done. My regular vet said that if I had waited like An-Emerge vet told me to do, I would have lost the pups and my dog....
