Initially our experience was wonderful with Dr. Kincannon. This month when our dog’s monthly prescriptions were called in, Nicole, a pharmacy tech, sent a text to me stating that the medication Dr. Kincannon had put my dog on for the last 7 months was not for long term use, despite the fact that the chart said Dr. Kincannon approved it for long term use. When the prescription was filled on 6/3/25, the instructions said that the quantity would be limited because my dog takes Lasix. My dog has never taken Lasix. I text... read more

Dom Lucre’s story is heart wrenching. You have to be very sick, disgusting and highly disturbed to be able to sleep at night after treating him the way you did. He was in true trauma. If you can recognize that or worse, recognize that and not show any empathy, then you don’t need to be working with animals. We took a hawk here YEARS (probably around 15 years) ago, the hawk had a broke claw. They told us that they could fix it. We called the next day and they said it was euthanized. Misdiagnosing my animal very rude and did not seem to care, Lost my animals medical records love the fake smiles that’s all different when they close the doors. They are crooks

I like the doctors we've seen here and have had good boarding experiences. The medicine aspect of this hospital is great. However, we've really struggled when trying to get appointments made, meds refilled or even basic questions answered via phone. Half the time, the staff doesn't answer the phone or return messages, we are always told the computer system is down, we've had appointments made and confirmed via email and phone that magically disappear from their system and it took four days for us to get a basic med refill ca... read more
