Initially our experience was wonderful with Dr. Kincannon. This month when our dog’s monthly prescriptions were called in, Nicole, a pharmacy tech, sent a text to me stating that the medication Dr. Kincannon had put my dog on for the last 7 months was not for long term use, despite the fact that the chart said Dr. Kincannon approved it for long term use. When the prescription was filled on 6/3/25, the instructions said that the quantity would be limited because my dog takes Lasix. My dog has never taken Lasix. I text... read more

Dom Lucre’s story is heart wrenching. You have to be very sick, disgusting and highly disturbed to be able to sleep at night after treating him the way you did. He was in true trauma. If you can recognize that or worse, recognize that and not show any empathy, then you don’t need to be working with animals.
