Initially our experience was wonderful with Dr. Kincannon. This month when our dog’s monthly prescriptions were called in, Nicole, a pharmacy tech, sent a text to me stating that the medication Dr. Kincannon had put my dog on for the last 7 months was not for long term use, despite the fact that the chart said Dr. Kincannon approved it for long term use.
