Dom Lucre’s story is heart wrenching. You have to be very sick, disgusting and highly disturbed to be able to sleep at night after treating him the way you did. He was in true trauma. If you can recognize that or worse, recognize that and not show any empathy, then you don’t need to be working with animals. I like the doctors we've seen here and have had good boarding experiences. The medicine aspect of this hospital is great. However, we've really struggled when trying to get appointments made, meds refilled or even basic questions answered via phone. Half the time, the staff doesn't answer the phone or return messages, we are always told the computer system is down, we've had appointments made and confirmed via email and phone that magically disappear from their system and it took four days for us to get a basic med refill ca... read more
