Misdiagnosing my animal very rude and did not seem to care, Lost my animals medical records love the fake smiles that’s all different when they close the doors. They are crooks

I like the doctors we've seen here and have had good boarding experiences. The medicine aspect of this hospital is great. However, we've really struggled when trying to get appointments made, meds refilled or even basic questions answered via phone. Half the time, the staff doesn't answer the phone or return messages, we are always told the computer system is down, we've had appointments made and confirmed via email and phone that magically disappear from their system and it took four days for us to get a basic med refill ca... read more
