Always available an accurate service
We have been using Animal Hospital of Waco now for two and a half years and they are amazing! We recently adopted a new puppy and had our first visit today for him. With all of the COVID-19 stuff going on and all of the new requirements to bring an animal in to be seen, the staff was amazing and answered all of our questions. They answered the phone to get us checked in very fast and were out to get our fur child not long after. I highly recommend them not only for their customer service but also for their affordability.

Dr Fromm & Dr Brown are the best they treat my dogs like their own they have compassion . They are always willing to take to time & don't rush me during a visit. The staff is amazing & friendly.
Great appreciation to Dr. Fromm and his staff for the excellent care of Bartholomew while his eye was being treated. Even in this time of separation, y’all brought it together.
