Dr Jo Ann and Jay Randall are two of the most reputable veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to help their patients with the best care. Their equipment and operatory are top notch as well as their strict protocols. Dr JoAnn quarterly holds free canine reproduction lectures. After leaving a different vet in the area I stumbled upon them. I can say the doctors are all great, reassuring and understanding. The entire staff is friendly and treats my dog as their own! I definitely recommend them to everyone in the area.
If anyone is looking for a vet, the Animal Hospital of Woodstock, is by far the best vet experience I have ever had. They have every piece of equipment you could possibly ever need for all the stages of your pet's life. All the staff is gentle, courteous and efficient. They have this amazing policy where follow-ups are FREE! Since I don't have my own personal money tree, this is an amazing perk for me. My Cavalier received emergency surgery for an intestinal blockage. The care he received from ALL the doctors and technicians that worked on his case was outstanding!
In 2000 when we moved to Woodstock from River Forest, I went shopping for a new vet. I stopped in and asked why I should bring my dog to the Randall's. I got big smiles from everyone there and an overall feeling of confidence and compassion. Fourteen years and two dear dogs later, my first impression still stands.
We love them! Best Animal hospital ever! You feel like family when you walk in. They remember my daughter by name too! Don't find that just anywhere! Love love love! My husband loves them too not easy to make my husband happy either! So I have to say they are too notch!
