Will never return and never recommend this place to anyone. Earlier this week we had to make the devastating decision to put down our 16 year old yorkie. She was deaf, blind, had arthritis so bad her back legs would give out on her and had started losing control of her bladder. Upon bringing her in, the lack of compassion was unreal. Never again since they were taken over by corporate. Turned away for emergency once, a year ago because it was close to closing and now want to charge $200 for a test and unnecessary exam! (figured I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves, but Nope!) Also, will force you to pay for a Heartworn test (yearly to get meds, which is only necessary every two years. It is also not the recommended test by the American Heartworm Society, a microfilaria test is preferred). Been doing this for years, they are now all about the money... read more

Prior to Dr Randall retiring, it was THE go to place. I no longer felt that after my dogs started seeing the newer vets. We have since switched to a new vet for routine and reproductive vet services.
