We were absolutely delighted with our first appointment at Animal Med Center of Crystal Lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall impression was one of warm, courteous professionalism. Our Veterinarian did not make us wait long at all and was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He was able to answer all of our questions and in no way did we feel rushed.
