We had a 9am appointment and I was glad that we were able to get right into one of the exam rooms. The tech was right in to take Sophie's temp and advised that the Dr would be in shortly. Shortly turned into 30mins plus. I don't know if it's just my dog, but every time the phone out front rings, it drives my dog nuts. Any way you could try another ring tone?
Always very friendly and thorough. Have seen a number of vets and all have been very nice and took time to explain treatment plans and allow me to ask questions. I have a 12 yr old and 8 month old dog , so I have been using Animal Medical Center for years.
Staff is excellent! Dr. Brooks always goes above and beyond. My only concern/complaint is medicine (Bravecto, Heartguard, Sentinel) are significantly more expensive here. I will take scripts in the future.
The front staff were a little cold. It use to feel like a very happy place. Not getting the same feeling. The tech was friendly and Dr Scott was very friendly and easy to talk to.
Dr Lacey was great. She didn't rush us, and gave us many treatment options for our dog.
They were wonderful in helping us with our dog and his liver issues. It was a new problem and they were very informative and caring. Of course the front office staff rocks! Love those ladies!
Excellent all the way around. (Unless you can do something about construction on Rt 14) Everything went well in a timely fashion. We will be back! John, Kay & Tinker
