Friendly staff that obviously love animals.
Last year, I almost switched services because Lola was whisked off into the back for her exam and shots and I was disappointed that I did not meet the new doctor/doctors who were taking over the practice after Peggy Chamberlain retired. HOWEVER, yesterday's appointment was so wonderful and Doctor Scott was so informative and attentive, as was the young lady who did the pre-doctor up the butt (Lola's favorite part) that I am so happy that I did not leave. It was superb. Zoe was well taken care of, and I felt much better by the time I left.
Dr. Jarrett was excellent in diagnosing and caring for our 10 year old Doberman. We were able to get an appointment right away for what turned out to be several issues that were affecting our dog. He responded immediately to treatment and has continued to improve significantly. Dr. Jarrett was patient and compassionate. He gave thorough explanations and estimates of treatment options. We are grateful for his excellent care and will highly recommend him to others.
As usual a very pleasant experience for Izzy.
Always very clean and there is no fowl odor. Able to get appointment within a week or sooner if there's a specific need. Staff is very pleasant even if your dog is annoying. Very professional staff. Vets take time with you and are willing to answer any questions you may have. They offer you services, but don't force them on you. I'm very happy with there services and have taken my Beagle and Jack Russel/Fox Terrier there for over almost 20 years.
