Our appointment was at 10:00 am, but we did not see the vet until 10:30. Even the tech we did not see until much later than 10. I have no complaints other than the wait time.
The staff are caring and understanding. Dr. Jarrett is great. He helped us through an extremely difficult time with our boy. He’s all we ever wanted in a vet.
As always, the staff of AMC Crystal Lake are courteous, friendly and helpful

My vet and vet tech were wonderful.
The Animal Med Center employees are ALL excellent. The gals at the desk are efficient, friendly and compassionate. They are always kind and helpful when we call in with concerns and questions about our cat who is in the final stages of her life. The techs are also compassionate and helpful as they work with our cat on a frequent basis. And, the vets are knowledgeable, kind and caring too; they do all they can to help our kitty cat.
