Was able to get appointment when I wanted it. Staff friendly & attentive. Very kind to my dog. Explained what they were going to do to my dog & asked me several times if I had any questions. Answered the questions that I did have. Comfortable atmosphere.

the front office personnel were pleasant and greeted me with my dog as we entered the office. After an initial inquiry about the nature of our visit they called immediately for tech assistance and the procedure was done quickly. We were done and on our way within 5 minutes! it was pleasant to visit with the staff briefly. A great place for pet treatment, and I will go there again.
