ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT! My cat, Norah, had a standard dental cleaning done today where they nicked her trachea when inserting the tube and either didn't realize or pretended they didn't realize until I saw her and told them something was wrong and she was incredibly puffy. The technician literally acted confused and said that she didn't notice she looked any different... she was blown up like a balloon. stop requiring a visit every time a refill is needed for an ongoing issue!!
They are horrible I went in their and my dog had surgery I ask them before the surgery if they took checks they told me yes and I dubbed check again with them just to make sure an again they said yes but when I went up their to pay the bill they told me they don’t do checks anymore only cash or card. They where so mean to my dog Rudy I will never come to this vet again!!! They are horrible people never again am I taking my dogs again!!
