They are horrible I went in their and my dog had surgery I ask them before the surgery if they took checks they told me yes and I dubbed check again with them just to make sure an again they said yes but when I went up their to pay the bill they told me they don’t do checks anymore only cash or card. They where so mean to my dog Rudy I will never come to this vet again!!! They are horrible people never again am I taking my dogs again!!
Our pups have been patients for over 3 years now. When we first started here I couldn’t have said better things but it has only gone down hill. Lack of consistency in services and lack of genuine appreciation for their clients has me looking into a new Vet. Every time I call it is something new which is not patient friendly. Also no follow up on problems or complaints. Hey doctor??? What’s going on?? What has changed in customer service?
Disappointed in care for dog
I want people to be aware of this hospital. I have asked them to give me a prescription for my dogs and they told me that they don’t do that. About a year ago I went there to get a prescription for my dog that I knew what I could buy it for. They wanted $153.00 for it and I could have gotten it for $80.00 with prescription elsewhere. I said I wouldn’t go back , but I had to today. They gave 4 prescriptions for my sick dog today. Do NOT take your animals to this hospital. They will do treatment on your pets without getting it okayed with you first and then tell you that you are liar and that you gave verbal consent. They looked at my pet while I was on vacation and I specifically asked for them to call me after the physical exam and they went ahead and did X-rays. They called me a liar when I told them I didn’t give consent and they said my friend is a liar who dropped my cat off.
