We lost our baby Oscar last night, I immediately contacted Animal Specialty and Emergency Center of Brevard and they were so kind considerate and patient with me as I was very upset, I took Oscar there today and Renee was so kind on the phone and Aimee was the sweetest and so compassionate listening to me talk about what had happened while she was I’m sure freezing in the cold Florida weather with no jacket.. she even brought me out a print of his paw so I could have that until his clay print is complete. We have visited this emergency center on 4 different occasions. Every time we were treated with respect by the caring staff. With the passing of one of our dogs we received a hand written card from them. Outstanding doctors and staff!

These folks that work here are nothing shy of amazing. Although we did not have the greatest outcome for our sweet fur baby Deuce. They were the fantastic. So caring and compassionate. Dr Matt and Chynna just to name 2 of the absolutely phenomenal staff were so kind caring and compassionate. We can't thank you all enough for all you do. You have no idea how much you helped us through an absolutely horrible day for our family. We truly appreciate your kindness.

Our hound mix fractured one of his canines and our vet referred us to Animal Specialty. They were great, took the time to explain the process and answered all of our concerns. The entire staff is great, we highly recommend them for taking care of your furry kids

Took Quinn on Saturday morning because his eyes were all red, gunky and swollen. They got us right in and took Quinn right back. Luckily, no scratches or debris in his eyes. Flushed out is eyes real well and prescribed drops to use until he see his regular vet. Everyone was super nice and the office is immaculate. We will definitely return for any future emergencies.
