Everything. The staff of doctors and vet technicians is top of the line. They are there for your furbaby as well as for you. Cannot say enough about them.
We took our dog in at 5 AM on a Sunday morning in critical condition. They did a marvelous job over the next few days. totally professional and at the same time very sympathetic and compassionate to u s. Our dog is home now, well on the way to recovery. Great people, great facility!

I am so grateful to Dr Bichsel and the wonderful staff. I went to my regular veterinarian and they called Animal Emergency to alert them I was coming with Gianni (Pomerania) who was having a neurological problem. I rushed my Gianni to the emergency where I was met by staff and rushed in. I met Dr Bichsel the neurologist after he had assessed Gianni he was very friendly, funny and reassuring that Gianni would get the best care if I left him there for a brain MRI, scans and other test.
