Our experience with Heather was great. She responded promptly to questions and provided pertinent information in an easy to understand manner. The only blemish in our experience was the appraiser that the bank used. His conduct was unprofessional and included incidents of him providing unsolicited advice for remodeling our home and promoting the services of his "crew of Mexicans", his words, to perform repairs on our home, which he promoted during the appraisal inspection.
