Initially I was hesitant to start with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group as the original person we were referred to, while initially good, did not seem to provide us with all the options that could help us financially. However once we switched over to Mrs. Arnesen she helped out greatly with finding programs to get us qualified for the loan and was responsive throughout the process. Overall the experience with Atlantic Bay was great and we are truly appreciative.
I was beyond pleased with the customer service I received from Ann Arnesen at Atlantic Bay. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the process every step of the way. The portal checklist was awesome. I always knew what was needed from me and I was able to upload documents electronically with ease. Overall, I will definitely recommend Atlantic Bay to others and will use them again if the need ever arises!
Everything was great. There was a few delays in hearing back in a timely manner but that was expected with how thr market is right now.
