Ann and her assistant Heather were amazing. We are 1st time homebuyers, Ann was super friendly and took the time to answer my million questions and explain everything to my husband and I. She was incredibly patient and helpful and always in communication with us every step of the way. Ann and Heather made sure to communicate with us where were at during the entire process and kept us informed which we really appreciated since we'd never done this before! Great experience overall!!
