A processor had called us Mr. and Mrs. Kelly. I know it’s statistically more likely to have a heterosexual couple, so I’m not upset! But definitely, it made me consider the processor’s attention to detail and handling of confidential information. Other than that, the process went so smoothly and Ann Arnesen will be the only person I recommend to anyone seeking a mortgage!
