Atlantic Bay was the best mortgage co. I've worked with. Ann Arnesen especially, was incredible. She quickly got the mortgage process going and explained everything clearly. She responded to questions and concerns we had and was very patient with us when we had problems electronically signing documents. Atlantic Bay was excellent!

Ms. Arnesen was very helpful during our refinance. There were a few bumps in the road with certain documents and wording for inspections, but all was dealt with in time to keep our scheduled closing date. The only negative thing I have for Atlantic Bay is that I didn’t appreciate not being informed of the new employee verification process until 3 hours prior to signing our closing documents. This was very inconvenient and could have been dealt with in a better manner.
We have worked with Mrs Arneson for both initial financings and re-fi’s on multiple occasions over the past several years. This re-fi, as well as our previous dealings with Ann and her team, have been handled in an extremely professional and efficient manner. We highly recommend Ann and Atlantic Bay Mortgage.
