Ann is without a doubt one of the top agents in the Harnett, Wake, Cumberland, and Lee County markets. She is very responsive and her integrity is without question.

I have to say that my experience with Ann Milton was awesome! From the very beginning she was there for us with any questions, recomendations, and expert advice. She is kind and patient while dealing with first time home sellers especially! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I would highly recomend Ann if you are buying a Home in Harnett County. She is from the area and very knowledgeable of all homes. She will make herself available to work around your schedule. Also, one the nicest people you will ever meet.
Ann was wonderful...local knowledge of contractors, fair representation of my concerns, provided assistance in resolving inspection issues, very assessible, responded very quickly to my phone messages, free use of her moving van, and a great personality. I did not pick Ann as my agent, she was the sellers agent so I got her by default. Thanks to the seller for picking Ann...I will use her for my real estate needs in the future!

Ann made our first home buying experience a great one. She took care of everything and responded to questions very quickly. My husband was away in Virginia for school and could only come home on weekends. She worked around our schedule, and made herself available throughout the whole home buying process.
I would only recommend Milton to an individual that I wished misery, money wasted, uncertainty, and absolutely no advocacy on their behalf to sell their home. This is not written lightly. If you want to buy a brand new home, hopefully one that her "husband" built, and accept full price, and challenge Ann Milton on nothing- she will remain sweetness and light.
