This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a realtor company. Not only did they tell us it would be 3 to 5 days to hear something back they also failed to reply to any email we sent them in a timely manner. It took two and a half weeks for them to email us back to then let us know that we were not approved for the rental property due to several other applications which we were uninformed of during the viewing. I would not ever recommend this rental company to anybody

Timely submission of all required documents is imperative to our team being able to provide a final decision on approval. OH MY GOSH she's a GENIE IN A BOTTLE!! Tell her your wishes and she will make them come TRUE!! The best part about working with Melissa is that she's professional, down to earth, honest, pays attention to detail, always respond to all correspondence in a timely & professional manner, and works really hard to yield accurate and pretty quick results. Ms. Milton did not respond to calls or emails from myself or the agent I eventually chose to work with. I could not work with Ms. Milton although she had a lot of listings, because she simply wouldn't respond!

We used Ann for a purchase and she was completely hands off after the contract was signed. We had to organize every aspect of the purchase ourselves, and it ended up being a nightmare process for us, costing us our lower interest rate because of her lack of involvement and poor communication. Overall I would not recommend her unless you don't mind doing all of the work yourself.
