Excellent first office visit. I felt listened to and Dr. DeSaix explained what was going on with my foot very well. The office staff was friendly and helpful.
Dr. DeSaix was very kind and compassionate. She put me at ease and took care of my toenail problem. She answered all my questions. I did not have to wait very long. It was a very good experience and I look forward to my next appointment. Joe in Fenton April 2019
When The nail on my toenail was lifting off I wasn't sure where to go general practitioner or podiatrist? And how do you find a good podiatrist? most podiatrist only have a few reviews you don't know who to go to Well I will tell you my experience was amazing with Dr Anna Desaix I would recommend her 110% She listen and took care of my toe and answered all of my concerns.
I am a 68 year old permanently disabled senior citizen; the healthcare system was well aware of my situation including meeting my service dog which accompanied me to my doctor appointments…Overall, this is my most disappointing experience with the healthcare system, from seeming inconsistent medical consultations through arriving at NC Specialty Hospital for my surgery to find the staff trying to cancel my surgery upon arrival regarding transportation arrangements approved far in advance by them, being asked to “just sign” l... read more
Bad experience. The staff members are rude & patients wait a long time. Had an appt at 4 pm. No customers were in the office & waited 45 minutes while she was doing paperwork obviously. Changing doctors. ??
She knows how to get insurance money and that's all she cares about.
Dr. Desaix lied about the location of my injury, so she could keep treating me and charging my insurance. My injury was actually mid calf and she charted and told me that the injury was at the back of the heel. As a podiatrist she couldn't treat an injury above the ankle. She refused to communicate my restrictions to my place of work and almost got me fired because of this. Go somewhere else ANY where else. She has no idea what she is doing. But she know how to get insurance money.
