Dr. Desaix was friendly and personable. I told her my toenails were ingrown, and uncomfortable between pedicures. She stated the nails cut too short, and there was evidence of toenail fungus. She prescribed an antibiotic polish to begin using daily, removing once a week with nail polish remover, then to begin daily application again. She was quick to diagnose my issue and gave clear easy to understand instructions for treatment. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend her!

Concise and complete information regarding conservative treatment of my condition. I was also given information about surgical options, including recovery time and expectations should I decide that was in my future. Dr. Desaix was very forthright in her assessment and attentive to my concerns.
Dr. Desaix critically listened and diagnosed my on-going issue after reviewing my xray and MRI along with with specific questions regarding the pain.

The exam room was depressing, more like a cell than an inviting atmosphere for meeting with a health practitioner. Dr. Desaix listened to my numerous problems and addressed each in a specific and clear response. However, I felt the interview was conducted in a hurried manner, and Dr. Desaix did not make an initial connection with me. Also, it wasn't clear whether or not I would see her on a continuing basis. Overall, I felt like I was on an assembly line, and wondered if I had poorly chosen a new health care provider.
