Overall I’ve been pretty happy but i haven’t had cool ac since I’ve lived here. Currently almost midnight and 80 degrees??? So, there’s that. Other than this major issue I think it could be a great place.

The maintenance guy, Ken, is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about his work. He comes in, does his job, and is out within a few minutes.

I've been with annadale for a year now I love the area it's very quiet they keep the grass cut. The maintenance guys be out in the morning when I'm on my way to work they make sure did the facility is .. if I have a issue a problem or if I need something fixed I call Ms Tasha or Ms Cleo and they get right on it
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I do not recommend, period. I’m stuck here because I signed a year lease, and if I had known what the inside was really like, I never would have. On the outside, Annandale Gardens looks very inviting. The grounds are nice, you see kids outside playing, even playing ding dong ditch sometimes, and that’s not the issue at all. The problem is the adults who are being paid to run and maintain this place and their lack of ability to keep the apartments up on the inside. I have ... read more

Annandale Apartment suck. I wouldn’t recommend an animal to stay there. Thy are very much do unprofessional, Cleo tells everyone business. She shouldn’t be telling another tenant who’s late and how many days late. That should be confidential. Sue just in there doing nothing but looking as if she’s confused and lost. Trash has to be in white garbage bags, if not it will not get picked up. Maintenance never comes to fix any appliances.
