Annandale Apartment suck. I wouldn’t recommend an animal to stay there. Thy are very much do unprofessional, Cleo tells everyone business. She shouldn’t be telling another tenant who’s late and how many days late. That should be confidential. Sue just in there doing nothing but looking as if she’s confused and lost. Trash has to be in white garbage bags, if not it will not get picked up. Maintenance never comes to fix any appliances. Friendly leasing staff, but that’s where the praise ends. Rent is sky-high for what you get — tiny fridge, roaches that pest control can’t get rid of, and dying bushes all over. The grass is full of weeds, except at the leasing office, which is the only thing they keep nice. It feels like the projects of Olive Branch, but with luxury rent prices. I’m moving as soon as I can. Not worth the money.

The leasing office staff are very kind and respectful, but that’s about the only highlight of this apartment complex. Everything here is overpriced, and the quality doesn’t match the rent at all. The refrigerators are extremely small — barely enough for a single person, much less a family. Roaches are a recurring issue. Although pest control does come out, it doesn't solve the problem.
