As terrible as this situation is and was the people, all of the people, from front desk to technicians to Dr. Kozek were above and beyond wonderful! We walked in with our baby who had been spayed a week before and was now very very sick and our vet sent her home not knowing what was wrong. The staff here is extremely kind, caring and hard working. They treat the pets like they are their own and do everything they can for you. I highly recommend them.
We have used AAVEC twice for our dog. The first time she had ACL surgery and this past weekend she had surgery to remove a piece of hard rubber from her stomach/intestinal tract. Everyone at AAVEC, including the staff to the vets and the techs, was simply outstanding. Not only were they attentive and caring to our dog, they were very patient and helpful with us as well.
