Ann, was great! Always got back to me promptly with any question I had. Took time to talk and explain exactly the process so I felt very comfortable through the whole process. I've already referred her to my niece, who is a real estate agent, who was looking for a good finance person. By the way, Casey and Alicia were also great when I deal with them, I just didn't have as much dealings with them as Anne.
