Due to a last minute glitch with a purchase involving sellers who failed to complete agreed upon repairs, we had to make a quick change 10 days prior to close to another property. Anne and her team worked quickly to make this happen and it was greatly appreciated!

Transitioning processors in the middle of the loan caused a few snafus which contributed to the process not going so smoothly. However, with the assistance of the VP, Jennifer Ray stepping in, the loan processed as anticipated. Ms. Ray was the highlight! Thank you 😊
