The documentation process is always the most painful part of any mortgage. The tools used are not perfect, but they made this process much less painful than in previous experiences.

Sellers could not agree and decided on getting a divorce. Lawyers became involve to resolve the issues between the sellers. This Caused huge delays and uncertainty on the buyer side. But Annie was able to help out in every possible way during this time. Annie made the process very easy.
