Painless experience.
Annie at VanDyk Mortgage was excellent to work with. I was closing on my first rental property and Annie was able to help me understand the different options available to me as well as the pros and cons of each path. I felt adequately supported through the entire process and knew that Annie was available for any questions I had, regarding the process.
Going through this process as self employed is somewhat frustrating. VDM was patient and understanding of my frustrations. They provided the support and responses necessary to get th job done and we closed on time!
Communication was superb, services offered, directions given every step of the way, information properly managed.
The entire staff was amazing through the entire process especially with having to back out of 2 prior contracts due to HOA's and apprasial issues. Third time was the charm.
