You built my pool. I've used Vacation valet and service. The folks who come to the house are extremely knowledgeable, always providing some additional educational tips. The service department definitely needs more customer service staff. It's gotten better this year but it is still difficult to get someone on the phone and to get a return phone call.
Anthony & Sylvan Pools built our pool. Yes, we used them for our pool construction. We use them because they built our pool. The team has all been very polite and knowledgeable. No highlights I'd like to mention. I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan's pool service team.

They built our pool I've used them for cleaning and a new filter. There Customer service and staff are good. Mary was awesome. Listened to concerns and fixed the problem without any difficulty. Yes, I would recommend

I do not have a comment to add with my star rating. I had been thinking about a swimming pool for three years before contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I was referred to Anthony & Sylvan. My pool is free-form and has a spa. My favorite thing about the pool is the design. I'd like to recognize Tom Bowers for his exceptional service. They met my expectations.
A&S built my pool. We've used them for pool construction, pool closing. Very professional- at all levels and with each interaction although I was less than fully satisfied with the pool closing last year. Positive at every step, and at every level. Yes, I would recommend.
