I herad about them from an ad. They do my regular bi-weekly pool service. They show up when they say they will and they do what needs to be done. Always friendly, informative staff.

We have been using them since we had the pool installed 31 years ago . They always did a great job for us. We've used them for pool construction, pool renovation, pool store and pool service. They've stood behind there work for us. It may have been a day or two when we called them for something but they always got back to us. I needed a new pool cover years ago and did my homework on line. I've been using A&S for openings, closings, and parts ever since. They offered a 3 year special/Gold package that I've signed up for in the past as well. All inclusive opening & closing price. I went thru them to have my pool "re-gunited" about 7 years ago. They always follow-up when I call or e-mail them. When I had problems with my pool pump and they sent someone right out to fix it. Same when one of my pipes cracked. I'm a first year pool owner. Their service team has been very responsive and receptive. The startup and closing team were very professional and extremely helpful. I would do business with them again for a new pool and will recommend to others.

I found them online. I trust their service. They're reliable. I had an employee who explained the operation of the pool and gave me suggestions, really took time and I could see he really knew his job and took pride in it. I used to have issues with getting a call back or email response but there is a woman now who responds and is professional and friendly. Sorry I forgot her name but I am relieved when she calls me back because I know she is handling my issues!

I heard about them because my neighbor uses Anthony & Sylvan. We got our pool built by them. My favorite thing is the end result of the pool. The price was great regarding their service package. They were the best fit for closing. The project manager communicated really well and whether it was good or bad. It should take a lot less time for them to finish building.

They built it after we got quotes from several vendors. We heard about them word of mouth. The price was competitive. They built the pool. They have some good people. The folks are very knowledgeable and gave us information about what was going on with our filter. The construction was very good. The construction manager was excellent. It's hard to get an appointment, however. They are busy. They're a good company, but need to do a little bit better job with the scheduling. It might be resource problem.
