They listen well and design well
They were very professional, handled the issue in a timely manner.
What I like the most about them is their contractors they use were stellar. Very professional, on time, knowledgeable and able to reach them when I needed them, very responsive.
For the most part, everything was great. We just had some hiccups with the customer service.

Excellent customer service and communications. Great design. Responsive to periodic issues as they arose.
The excavators, masonry and pebble tech were excellent and provide quality work. The tile and mastic people have had to come back out three times. The attention to detail and quality of work is subpar.
I didn't need to be at home. Everyone was professional and took good care of our home and all the warranty issues. If anything was bad, they came and fixed it. I was very impressed and will recommend to friends.
