I used them to build pool. Use for Pool construction and pump replacement . They provide timely service. My pump stopped working and they were able to replace it the next day. They were Very clear process for purchase and installation of pool. Yes I would recommend.

Builder used them prior to purchase of house - we continued the service. Pool service, and retail store. They offer a Platinum service which takes the maintenance out of our hands. Two recent service calls - the first being with Billy - were very pleasant and informative. This year's service is starting a bit rocky, but the concerns are promptly addressed... hoping the wrinkles get worked out as the summer goes on. I would but would also mention that they can be inconsistent but typically address concerns in 24 hours.
I found them Online. I've used them for renovations. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Steve and Bill are both great and have helped me with some pool issues. They do it all. Highly recommended.

Used them for renovations. I've never had any problems and someone would contact me if I did have any concerns. After pool renovation, plaster surface was rough in certain areas. Jack, who deals with complaints, came out and checked out the work and made a few recommendations which solved the problem. Also, Tara Wojcik, service mgr, listened and resolved an issue with my opening involving extent of eork tech performed and adjusted service bill friendly staff who listen to resolve issues. I would recommend.
I heard about them by driving by their stores. I have used them before. My favorite thing about working with them is their timeliness and professionalism. They are always very professional and conscientious about how the pool is being taken care of. I would definitely recommend their service team.
