In ground Pool Construction. Pool construction went as planned. The time from when they first dug dirt out of the ground to actually having water in the pool only took 5 weeks. They were professional and showed up per schedule unless if there's rain. There were a couple of issues but were resolved timely. Phil Kinney, our project designer, was great and provided very good suggestions during the design phase regarding plaster color, recommended equipment and other aesthetic issues. Anthony & Sylvan have built two pools for us. During the time the second pool was being built, we've had very good interactions with their rep, David, especially on any issues, concerns that I had during and after the construction. He was very quick to address every concern that we had and made changes. We had some features that included the stuffing of fire pit valves and plumbing and Anthony & Sylvan were very well in tuned to on the fly changes to the current work order plans. Built pool, extended deck and spa. I was thrilled! They were on time to the site and on time for the project completion. I was pleasantly surprised at the organization and communication among the subcontractors used.
It was a backyard makeover with patio, outdoor kitchen, and large pool. The sales process was amazing, and going through the project, we had a project manager and a website that tracked the process. Everything was very easy and very nice.
Installed a pool. It went very well. The sales person did an outstanding job listening to what we were looking for and designed the pool around our likeness. It was what we were looking for, not what he wanted to design. He worked on the computer with us and showed us examples based on what we described with him. The experience took about 90 days. Anthony & Sylvan installed a lovely little pool and spa in our oversized backyard. We are very happy with the results. We had a rough draft sketch of the pool area on the initial appointment at our house. After finalizing the design and getting the approval from the HOA, they waisted no time with getting the project complete.
