My experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools has been always amazing. The customer service they provide when any issue arises has been exceptional. Ms. Valerie Smith and her team of Technicians especially Mr. Manuel Moya, always take care of me & my pool needs. I’m so thankful that A&S are always so prompt when my family needs them. Paul Franklin excels as a pool design consultant, dedicating extensive time to collaborate with us in realizing our vision. Manuel E. Moya ( warranty technician ) came to my home and performed above and beyond to ensure that my automation was operating properly. The warranty was always my biggest concern when making the initial purchases but if Manuel is a reflection of A&S warranty department my concerns are no more. He did a great job and came out in a timely manner. Great job Manuel and thanks again.

I'm very pleased with the way Anthony & Sylvan Pools has worked with me to resolve all my issues with my pool equipment. Valerie Smith responds to my emails in a timely manor to keep me updated with resolving my warranty claims and is very professional and pleasant to work with. We had an excellent experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools! From start to finish, design to completion, the quality of our pool and most importantly, their customer service was above our expectations! Roy, our project manager, kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was very helpful and made sure that our project stayed on time and answered any questions we had within a few hours. He is a model of customer service. So thankful that we chose to go with them! Isn't the pool beautiful?!
