We always use Anthony & Sylvan to close our pool and hot tub. We usually have Vince and he is always polite and explains everything to us very well. I appreciate that the company gives us a reminder call a day or two before closing so that we have everything available for them. The easy payment to our credit card is nice to, as I don't have to mail a check afterwards. We will continue to have A&S close our pool each year!

Our experience with the the staff of Anthony & Sylvan pools has been excellent. The customer care team of Denise and Danielle is more than accommodating when trying to schedule service appointment or the opening/closing of a pool. The pool technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and will stay until the job is complete. I would recommend the entire team at the Lancaster, PA Anthony & Sylvan Pool Service Center.

My Sylvan pool was built when we built our home 14 years ago. We did a major renovation to our backyard this past summer, which included replacement of the concrete and wood deck with pavers, repositioning of the gazebo, landscaping and the pool. Sylvan replaced the coping to match the pavers, replaced the tile and replastered. Your team worked extremely well with the scheduling of their work with the paver and landscaping contractor. They installed an in-ground pool that is 600 square foot. All aspects of the job were done by them. There were no problems and things are working well. They were open to our ideas and were very professional. I think they are a great company to do business with.

I have been using the company since 2007. I have used them for all of the above. Responsiveness and attention to detail far exceed those of other companies They have all been positive, and they are all great, especially Adam, Bill, Walter, and all of the other hard-working individuals. If you spend $100 on chemicals, they will deliver them to your home. They also do pool and chemical tests, and I love that with my plaster pool. They built an amazing pool. This is my second pool with them. I initially heard about them through the media and internet. I liked my first pool and hired them for the second pool. My pool is geometric, and it does not have a spa. I like that it has a water fountain on the back wall and that it is saltwater and heated. The project manager was exceptional. The design exceeded my expectations. It was done during COVID and there were lots of complications. The communication was good on that though.

I had been thinking about a swimming pool for a year before contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools through a website. I chose them because of their timeline. My pool has no spa. It's a concrete, saltwater pool. It's nice. My favorite thing about the pool is the way it turned out. It looks good. The landscaper, Eagle Wings Business Network, was putting in a patio for us and when we decided to put in a pool, Anthony & Sylvan was recommended to us. I liked working with Van, who was Anthony & Sylvan's supervisor of our project. Any time we had a question, he would answer in a decent amount of time. We had the opening and the closing of the pool done and for everything that their team came out for, I've been here the whole time.
