Anthony & Sylvan put our pool in and they open and close it every year. And then we bought our new pool pump from them. The staff, as well as working with them, is my favorite thing about the pool. They did everything I needed and I like that they call me to set up the opening and closing months in advance. But something bad happened. Anthony & Sylvan is a local company and they installed our pool. We're also using them for seasonal opening and closing, warranty works and maintenance. But when they opened the pool, they couldn't put the handrails on, and I'm still dealing with that issue. That has been my disappointment this year with them. They also said that my light was burned out in the deep end and I had to replace it. Vince from Anthony & Sylvan was our project manager and he was good to work with. He was easy to communicate if we had any questions. We really like how the final finish of the interior of the pool turned out. However, after the final concrete was put on, we left the pool for a few days because we were instructed to and now there are some stains in the bottom of the pool which I can't get rid of. I'm curious if they'd still be there when the season breaks for us and we reopen the pool.
Annual service to the pool is okay but VERY expensive. | |Installation of the pool is terrible. All sub-contractors from the Philadelphia market that could care less about customer service. I would highly recommend, Owen Sakovics, and his concern for customers.
