One of my friends built a pool with Anthony & Sylvan, and he recommended them. I got a geometric pool installed and it has a spa. I love the whole thing. The project manager was amazing and he completely understood everything since the beginning and did a wonderful job. And everything went so smooth. We've recommended them to a couple friends, and they decided to build pools with Anthony & Sylvan because we were extremely happy.
Anthony & Sylvan's bids were good compared to everywhere else I had come out and they had a good vibe when it comes to customer satisfaction. Our project manager was awesome. He had to switch for a little bit, but when he came back, he emailed me every day if he or I had an issue. We talked all the time. We've bought the house new and intended to put a pool in from that point. We've wanted a pool for about 3 years and went with Anthony & Sylvan to construct it because they have a good reputation. I had a pool in Texas before I married my wife and had considered Anthony & Sylvan at that time but went with somebody else and then I didn't have the greatest of experiences. After seing Anthony & Sylvan's billboard on the freeway, I Googled it and looked at their ratings and reviews and everything seemed like they were capable. At first I wanted something to have done, then once we went into the design, the rep came up with an alternative option which we went with because it ended up way better than what I brought up. Anthony & Sylvan did a really great job with my pool. Because of the reputation of their name, I had them install my new rectangular pool. It has saltwater and a spa, and it's got an area with a shallow end that we created off the spa. I love the fact that we have an app to be able to turn the pool on and off. We are thrilled with our pool. Construction isnt fun and expect it to take longer but overall it went as expected. The design and construction is excellent. We researched a few local companies before we made our final decision.
I chose Anthony & Sylvan because they may not be the lowest price, but they have the best value. I interacted with their people quite frequently. We'd be on the phone with them when needed. We haven't been able to get into the pool yet because it turned cold as soon as we have it put in, but the hot tub and everything looks really good. Looking forward to getting in it and swimming and enjoying cooling off in the hot days.
Our neighbors next to us used Anthony & Sylvan for their pool and were quite happy with it so we agreed to meet with Anthony & Sylvan's salesperson, Bob. He listened to what our desire was and was very helpful with changes that would allow us to achieve our budget goal. He gave very creative solutions to the design of the pool including the layout of the Jacuzzi as well as the layout of the pool using papers rather than a concrete board. I initially read about Anthony & Sylvan on Angie's List then went to their website. After a couple of business from other companies, I decided to go with Anthony. They represented a good product and a big company name that guarantees the pool after the installation. I feel comfortable with their overall presentation.
