We've had other houses and pools and we had a pool by Anthony & Sylvan previously so we wanted a pool by them again. We have a free-form pool, medium-sized, and doesn't really have many features. We had Anthony & Sylvan install our rectangular pool with a deck. I have two young sons and I know we'll get a lot of good use with them playing in the pool. The manager and the people from scheduling were very good. They stayed in constant communication, gave me feedback, and let me know what the status was on a daily basis. They did a great, great job.
Anthony & Sylvan Pools is the best of the best and I love our free form pool made by them. There's nothing about it I don't like. I like the way that they handled when I wanted extra stuff and they just made me realize how useless it would be for me. I had no single complaint with them. I've had a pool for over 20 years in my previous house. It's important to me to have so when I moved to a new house, I had one put in within six months of buying it. I did internet searches - ratings and reviews and that made me go with Anthony & Sylvan. I got a geometric pool from them. I've wanted a pool all my life. Anthony & Sylvan were competitive with their rate and had good ratings so I got a basic square, non-heated pool from them. My neighbor was going through them at that time, too. I like that it's mine and they did the depth that I wanted them to do which is six feet. I wanted a pool with the construction of my brand new home. Anthony and Sylvan was builder-recommended and was the only company that would do an escrow holdback for the pool to be built so I went with them and got the free-form with a spa. They did everything I asked for and incorporated my design - they did an initial design and I made some changes.
