They back flushed our pool drain. Anthony & Sylvan Pools did a great job of getting all the junk out of the drain. I have been using them for the past two years now to clean our pool, and they also take care of the chemicals. They have also provided us with very good service. There was no cost to me as it was covered under warranty.
I did get excellent service! We are enjoying and satisfied with our pool! I had been thinking about a pool for about six months before contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I heard about the company on a website and they popped up. I chose them because I liked the design that was on their gallery. It has a Spa. It loops on each corner and a loop with the spa. It is an extremely beautiful pool. Very experienced pool company! Even if I'm not in it, I'm staring at it. I've been wanting a pool for 4 months. I did an Online search. I have a Saltwater system, Freeform pool with a spa. I love the umbrella sleeve and the vacuum. Robert Mertel is amazing. He designed exactly what we explained. And Alex Hubbard had the hard task of managing subs, our expectation and the completion- he did a great job. The overall design and workmanship is exceptional.
They built my pool. Communication was an issue with confirming appointments.
Since I moved into my house, I've wanted a new pool and a co-worker suggested Anthony & Sylvan Pools to me. I like that my pool fits nicely into my small backyard, it's geometric and has a spa. I look forward to getting wet during the hot summer days in Vegas. The work supervisor came weekly and emailed me updates, whether I saw him or not, as to how the work was progressing.
I thought it would be better for me to have a pool because of my age, for exercise. My daughter mentioned Anthony & Sylvan so I called them up. I also called up another pool company and the waiting time was too long before it was finished. The project manager from Anthony & Sylvan was wonderful. He was very nice and was careful in listening to me. However, I was upset with the workers that came at times. They all had very poor communication and they were mean to me. Design and bid phase for new pool. This company was unbelievable. Worked with Bob who I saw mentioned in many reviews as great Bob showed up to one appointment and we were supposed to have a followup about a week later he never contacted me I called him on a Tuesday morning and it sounded like I had woken him up. I scheduled an appointment with Bob Mertel. It took the receptionist 3 days and repeated phone calls to send me the promised e-mail with details about appointment. Bob Mertel came on time, but we felt we had to pull out forcefully any information, he looked bored and not willing to answer any of our questions. We only had a consultation. No work was preformed. . On 3 Sep, I spoke with a company representative who was very concerned with my review. We discussed the matter and he addressed my concerns and I was very satisfied with the resolution. I greatly appreciated that the company took time to contact me and work toward a positve resolution to the issues presented in my initial review.
