They made a lot of promises about warranties and maintenance but when I asked for details, they were vague, so I did not buy.
Design and install in ground pool. . I would not choose to install a pool again. We researched carefully the company we chose. Blue Haven received poor scores both from Angie's List and the BBB so we chose not to go with them. Desert Springs Pools came out and they were over priced and designed something beyond our budget. Was given a quote from their representative. When I told them that we would be going with them, they informed us that they misquoted us by $6K and they would need to increase the price by said price. We decided not to go with them b/c it then put them over the top of the price we wanted. It took several weeks just to get a quote from them and a couple more weeks to get references.
