I've used Anthony & Sylvan before for the pool construction. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan through friends. I chose Anthony & Sylvan for service because they built the pool. Anthony & Sylvan's quality of work is excellent. When closing, the service rep was very detailed and more than happy to discuss any of the questions that I asked.

They built my pool and I use them for weekly service. So far the quality has been pretty good. I really like one of the weekly service guys, but they need to communicate much better.

I heard about them from a neighbor. I chose them to get the best experiences as the first time. This was our first time using them at all. The quality is my favorite thing about working with them. When we initially were purchasing and making the decision, the salesperson was upbeat, positive, and made it a very pleasant experience. Overall, it was a good experience.

The previous owner of the house recommended them. This is our first time using them for a closing. They are very hands on. They know what they are doing and they put things in the closet and took things out. I didn't have to do anything. They were very educated. They were very open for discussion and they answered any questions we had very patiently.

I heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools from a web search and a friend had a pool built by them. Anthony & Sylvan Pools built our pool. I figured they would know how to close it. My favorite thing about working with Anthony & Sylvan Pools is the responsiveness of their staff. Anthony & Sylvan Pools' service team showed up on time and did the job well. Anthony & Sylvan Pools came up with a very good design. Then they executed it. I had a very good project manager from Anthony & Sylvan Pools.

We originally saw a sign in a neighbor's yard. Anthony & Sylvan installed our pool. It's our first year with the company. They started the day after last Thanksgiving, it took a long time to get it completed. Overall, I was happy to get a pool in our backyard. I like that they would come out to our area, kind of in the middle of nowhere. I have recommended them to a friend, that is having their pool installed.

Someone up the street was building a pool and I saw the sign. I chose them for the timeframe but my reasoning did not end up working out. It was supposed to be two months but it wasn't done for nine months. I have not. This is my first pool. We did have a good representative. Gabe was our lead manager. Mark Sorenson was my favorite person. I had positive interactions with Mark Sorenson. I absolutely love the pool. The concrete issue was the only problem. Everything else was great.

I learned about them through word of mouth from a friend. I also did web research. I did everything through them for warranty purposes. Sylvan built my pool. Their customer service is really professional and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very friendly and willing to show you and teach you about the pool.

I have used them for construction. I have an extended service contract that is multi-year. I wasn't home when they closed the pool. They did everything. When they come out and do repairs and warranty stuff, they are knowledgeable and timely. They show up when they say they are going to show up.
