I thought about a pool for 6 months and found them via internet search. My pool is 35 x 17 and rectangle with 10 x 6 bump out tanning ledge, two deck jets, one tanning ledge bubbler, a heater, salt water system, a deep end love seat, mini tiles along start and love seat edges, white plaster, a 3.5 ft shallow end, 6.5 foot deep end and the deep end is about 1/3 of pool. I like the tanning edge, bubbler, heater, the fact that its mostly shallow end. Thanks to Brian A, our PM, and Phil, our Pool School instructor.
Anthony & Sylvan built our pool so we have used them since for their pool cleaning service. The opening and closing of the pool has been good. There are problems with personnel during the summer. There are always new people that are not always familiar with the pool. They will push maintenance back and not always give you those updates. The previous owner used them. They serviced the pool last year and did a good job. They did a good job. They seemed very knowledgeable about all the equipment. I have not used any other of their services, but I would recommend them.
They installed our pool, and we interviewed a bunch of companies, and we went with them. I have used them before for chemicals, recaulking, and service for pool equipment. Anthony & Sylvan pools are a One-Stop shop for everything. The full-service team are very knowledgeable and thoughtful, they answer all of my questions. I would recommend their pool service team.
I use A&S every year. They built the pool. I've used them for a pool sweep pump replacement and for service. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous. All of them. Keith and Billy are pool whisperers and good people to boot. I strongly recommend them. Our pool cover is bear that needs to be wrestled twice a year. A&S is up to the challenge.
They built my pool and I used them again for the pool opening because I liked the way they did it the previous season. I have the VIP service on a weekly basis when I need it. They are friendly and cooperative.
I heard about them through another customer. They built our pool and I signed 3 a year opening and closing contract. They stand behind their product and they come out and fix the issues. The general manager was great. I would recommend them to a friend.
